Let Metro Homes take the stress out of letting you property. We offer a tenant introduction service and a comprehensive management package.

Tenant Introduction Service

• One of our lettings consultants will visit your property and advise you on the likely rental value.
• Full colour advertisements will be placed in the UK’s leading lettings websites, national and local newspapers and an eye catching ‘To Let’ board  displayed on your property.
• We will interview prospective tenants and take up full references including bank reference, employer, previous landlord and character references.  Where necessary, additional security will be requested by means of a guarantor.
• The securing of a holding deposit whilst the referencing procedure is carried out.
• The tailoring of our tenancy agreement to fit your requirements. 

Let and collect Management

Many of our landlords choose to take advantage of our property management package. If you don’t live locally or prefer not to have the stress of liaising directly with tenants then our property management team is available to take care of every aspect of your property needs. 

• Rent will be collected every month and transferred to your specified account (Within 15 days of collection) less any fees or expenses due or incurred for the period. 
• Meter readings will be taken and all utility accounts transferred to the new tenants at the beginning of each tenancy.
• Full inventory check in and check out will be administered if requested.
• Inspections of your property will be carried out and a report sent to you.
• Any repairs or maintenance work will be coordinated and arranged by us.
